Equipped with Delem control system(mand in netherland)(cybelec could be used also), raster displayer, hydraulic value, servomotor are all importing products.
Adopting reliable elector-hydraulic proportional synchronization servo and its parallelism preision could reach 0.02mm. It can support eccentric load.
RAM stroke(Y1\Y2) and gauge(X\R\Z)are controlled by controller.
Back gauge is adopted ball-screw and linear guide way, the repeat positioning precision of X is very high and act smartly.
